How to add stamps to a PDF

  1. Upload PDFUpload one PDF and preview the stamp on the page.
  2. Choose presetChoose a preset such as Approved, Rejected, Draft, Final, Confidential, Paid, Void, Reviewed, or Received.
  3. Customize stampUse Custom stamp for your own label, then adjust color, size, rotation, opacity, and position.
  4. Apply and downloadApply to all pages or selected pages, then download the stamped PDF.

FAQ

Can I make a custom stamp?
Yes. Type any custom label in the Custom stamp field.
Can stamps go on only some pages?
Yes. Switch to Selected pages and enter a range such as 2-4, 7.
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Inspection, preview, and export run in your browser.
