How to annotate a PDF

  1. Upload PDF — Upload one PDF and choose a page from the thumbnail rail.

  3. Edit annotation — Select an annotation to edit its position, size, color, opacity, or text.
  4. Export — Export and download the annotated PDF.

FAQ

Can I delete an annotation before exporting?
Yes. Select it in the preview or annotation list, then delete it or clear the page.
Does this work on scanned PDFs?
Yes. Area-based visual annotations work on image-only pages too.
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Inspection, preview, annotation, and export run in your browser.
