Terms of Use

These terms explain how you may use AiBrush Helpers, what we provide, and what we don't. They are written in plain language and apply to every visitor — no account required. If you continue to use the service after the terms change, you accept the updated version.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and do not attempt abuse, disruption, automated scraping that bypasses our rate limits, reverse engineering of paid third-party APIs we expose, or unauthorized access to other users' data.

Do not submit content that infringes copyright, contains child sexual abuse material, promotes violence, or violates applicable export control rules. We may block or suspend access to enforce these rules without prior notice for clear violations.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the outputs (formatted text, generated animations, hashed files, polished writing, etc.) complies with local laws, the rights of third parties, and the terms of any platform where you publish those outputs.

Intellectual property and your content

You retain full ownership of the inputs you bring to our tools (text, images, files) and the outputs you produce with them. We claim no license over your content beyond what is technically needed to process the specific request you submit.

The AiBrush Helpers software, branding, copy, and design are owned by AiBrush AB and licensed for your personal and commercial use of the hosted service — but not for redistribution, white-labeling, or reuploading the source code to public registries.

Third-party libraries used by the site are governed by their own open-source licenses, which we honor and credit in the project repository.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is and may change, add features, or retire features over time without prior notice. We work to keep tools reliable, accurate, and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, bug-free behavior, or that any given output is fit for a specific purpose.

Outputs from AI-powered tools (Languages Polisher, Animation Studio prompts, etc.) may contain mistakes or hallucinations. Review them before using them in professional, legal, medical, or safety-critical contexts.

We disclaim liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Direct liability, where it cannot be excluded, is capped at the fees you have paid us in the prior twelve months — which for the free tier is zero.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply where required by law.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden. Consumer disputes may also be resolved through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these terms when our service or the law changes. We will surface material updates on the page header and via a notice on the home page. The latest version is always available at /terms.
